With that attitude why don't you just run Knoppix 24/7. It's safer than OSX and prettier too, it does as much too.
You can but you won't be able to upgrade your XP to Windows 7. Also this is a Beta OS so even with a valid product key you'll only be able to use it until August 2009. After that date you'll either have to either reinstall your XP OS or buy windows 7. This beta is geared towards those who have an understanding of PC's and can troubleshoot their own issues as there is no support for Windows 7 from Microsoft. It's best if you have a secondary PC to install this on that way it doesn't interfere with your primary OS unless you don't mind having to reinstall in 8 months.
You are dead on wrong. With an attitude like that the internet wouldn't exist because the concept is much to complicated. I love how you've come in here and hijacked this thread too. There's a reason why I call apple users glorified netbook users, because what you want out of it is to be a netbook. Please, stop wasting real computer users time.
the fact that Apple can make you go in full-on melt mode in just a few posts is deliciously hysterical
The irony is that as the antagonizer you win no matter what, if I don't respond I'm speechless and supposedly your uninformed arguement has weight, if I do respond it's melt down mode. At least I have the balls to stand up and above all know what I'm talking about...
Awesome. A bunch of Apple and PC dweebs going at it! Who woulda thunkit?! As for me, I'm eagerly awaiting Microsoft to activate my Technet subscription so I can install this thing on a VMWare image. I suppose I should check to see if VMWare officially supports it yet... hmm.
