Has anyone installed Windows 7 on a tablet PC with Multi-touch screen? Can you share your experience here?
i've been using it for about 5 weeks now...nothing wrong with it...does what vista should have done. might be too complicated for him, probably needs simple buttons and garage band.
Everything I've read says pretty much the exact opposite. I'm looking forward to trying out 7. Also, uh, am I missing something here? Why are you kids bringing up a Mac? This is the only bit of info I could find in the OP: It's like a reflex action for some of you. Unless the dude has a history here I don't know about or something....
Yeah Microsoft sux. I just bought a XBOX 360 Elite. When I opened the box I realized that it does NOT come with a HD Video Cable only a standard def one! WTF!!!
Win7 is GREAT! I absolutely love it. I've got 2 copies coming my way, Microsoft sent me Ultimate for $10. And Got in on the home premium for $49. I used Vista for maybe a month before down grading back to XP. But Win 7 is fantastic! No problems here, been using it since the RC came out.
I have been using Vista and actually not had any problems with it. We still use XP at work and I find that I like the slightly more slick usage at home. I will, however, be upgrading to 7 for free as soon as I can on 10/22.
I noticed the same thing. no one mentioned a mac. so did you guys participate in the Launch Parties? "Oh you went Straight to the Activity?" <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1cX4t5-YpHQ&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1cX4t5-YpHQ&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>
No pictures of Mac passing. It never fails. Windows users bring up Macs, Mac users bring up Windows. It is the geekiest thing to be fanboy over...oh wait there's always Intel vs AMD.
I guess you really can't teach an old dog new tricks. From all the positive reviews I've read here I'm actually looking forward for windows 7. Even though vista set the standards pretty low.
