Certainly a match for the ages. That was amazing. I wasn't cheering for Nadal, but he certainly played a fantastic match.

The pressure is on Federer to win the US Open. If he doesn't it could start a slide he might never recover from.

That isn't fair to roger. I mean the only guy to beat him over the last three or four years has been the eventual champ of the tournament.

It may not be 'fair', but do you think it's accurate? I think it will be very hard for Federer to mentally get over this one... he may win one or two more Grand Slams, but I think that's it.

Looks like it is the time of Nadal now.

Amazing game. this is how Tennis should be played.

Congrats for Rafa. He is a great player. I still hope Federer breaks avery record available. But that might be difficult with Rafa and Djokovic.

ugh. any self-respecting male that can cheer for a guy wearing capris pants, who constantly picks his crack, needs their man-card revoked immediately.

    you let us down, roger.

Great match I am really ashamed I had to miss the last set thinking the rain delay was going to be longer. But props to both guys especially Nadal for winning. I haven't seen much tennis but I picked a good game to start.

Probably the greatest performances in golf/tennis with Tiger and Rafa/Fed in the same year is incredible. They will go down in history as the best golf/tennis ever played.

So we are on fire: Europe Champions in football last week, and now that. Certainly, Rafa is a joke of competitor, it seems like he was born to compete. Congrats to him and thanks also to Roger for the unbelieveable spectacle offered. We saw some history.
