If Weaver or another assistant is better, would they not have shared their suggestions already with Silas. I think coaching is a part of it but not a magic pill. Wall and his salary limits the team getting better vets. Several of the vets are undrafted / late pick, and a journey man, this includes Wood, Nawaba, and Dj. Lot of youngsters are one sided. Not too many two way players. The one sided players like an Armoni are not living up to their claim to fame either. It's a combination of both personnel and system.
