We will probably finish 8th or 7th, hopefully not 8th or we're getting the Lakers.

    I hope we do.

I'm with the rest of the people who say that we've had a terribly hard schedule and now, if they keep playing hard, it should be an easy street into the playoffs.

Also, I made a bet with a friend. If the Rockets get to the playoffs, he has to try and buy me a ticket to a game. If not, I have to get him a a ticket to a sporting event of his choice (within reason of course....I'm not sending him to Mayweather vs Pacquiao).

The Mavericks are just as worse, no on the roster can contain dirk and terry plays his best ball against the Rockets.

Unless were playing the baby blazers again, I don't like our chances hopefully we can obtain some size if we trade mcgrady.

I think yes, mainly because I believe Morey will make trades before the deadline which adds talent this season.

That said, this is considered a deep draft and I certainly won't mind a higher pick. One and done in the playoffs to me isn't really all that satisfying compared to #9 or #10 in the west.

i think we will make it... but i don't mind if we don't at least we have a better chance at getting a good asset in the draft that we can maybe use to make this team awesome.

I'm still waiting for the, um, easy part of the schedule to start. Everyone's been pointing to January 9th. Huh?

We have six - count 'em, six - difficult games ahead of us in this month: Miami, San Antone, Atlanta, Denver, Portland, Phoenix.

I think the easier part of the schedule starts in February.

(Of course, we already lost Game 2 of "the easy schedule" tonight in Charlotte. And don't tell me that Charlotte's home/road discrepancy is unusually great: the same applies to Toronto, Chicago, Milwaukee, Denver, Lakers, Phoenix, New Orleans, Memphis, San Antonio, and us. In other words, a huge number of NBA teams are tough at home. A good team can actually win a road game once in a friggin' while, unlike us.)

    Lottery 2010, here we come!

Actually, no, we'll snag an 8th seed, denying us a chance at the luscious lottery, and lose to LA in the first round. But we'll celebrate madly that we took the series to 6 games! Meanwhile the Lake Show wins another title.

we may ended with 7th~8th seed in the western conference, and i don't think rox could pass 1st round with the current lineup.

Not counting on it unless there's a significant trade. Brooks ain't gonna get it done as your go-to-guy.
