The Rams could definitely lose them all. Not only that but I wouldn't be surprised if Steven Jackson doesn't score a TD all year to boot.
The Rams look worse right now as a team, but I have to say the Raiders are the worst organization. They need to change the whole culture there.
as crazy as it seems...having lost 13 or 14 in a row... I think KC is headed in the right direction. having said that... Tyson Jackson, Glenn Dorsey and Tamba Hali are pathetic wastes of first rounders. They are worse than the Texans d-line.
you know, i vacillated between thinking that was just a "i hate my team and am frustrated and want to say something ridiculous/exaggerated" comment and thinking it could actually be true because it was the raiders, and holy crap it's true. this ktvu.com article about the hiring is hysterical. http://www.ktvu.com/sports/9604868/detail.html on whether he can keep up with the scheme changes over the past 13 years he just says: "There's a couple few wrinkles that change ...," Walsh said. "It's like serving chicken. I mean, one day it's fried, one day it's grilled and the next day it's chicken marsala, and the next day it's something else. But it's still chicken. They still got 11 guys out there. It's just a matter of the philosophies of the coaches. You go from there." in other words, i have no clue. from early in the article: He has been out of football since 1999. a little bit later: It's not like I ever went away. well, except for those 7 years i went away. other than that, i didn't. and maybe my favorite: Walsh says his system isn't fancy. It's an offense that dates back to Al Davis' days as an assistant to Sid Gillman with the Chargers more than four decades ago... Instead of trying to outscheme the defense, Walsh wants to keep it simple and have his players impose their will on the other team. it's not fancy, it's four decades old, and we're not even going to try and outscheme anybody. that would be ridiculous. to give your team a schematic advantage that is. better to sit back and let the overwhelming talent of the oakland raiders do its thing. the red flags in just that article (including Art Shell's enthusiastic personal endorsement) are just too good. the level of not even striving for success at every level of that organization is epic.
I just want to post to agree with everyone else. Oakland truly is the laughingstock of the entire league. If they had not won a game, I would seriously think they might not. St. Louis is really bad, but they play enough other bad teams that I think they will luck into at least one win like Oakland did.
