Owners would have to completely cave on all system issues, immediately...or there would need to be an unforeseen uprising from rank and file players against decertification. Not going to happen. Pathetic that the two sides couldn't agree to arbitration for a one year gap deal. Ultimately, their egos were bigger than the season.
Thanks. Greg Anthony still thinks there's going to be a season. I don't know how though. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_y...aw-wojnarowski_nba_labor_players_union_111411 "Cooler heads will prevail" I think I've heard that one before
After todays events , I highly doubt there is a season. I think the owners might even play hardball and go after the guaranteed contracts as well as getting their hard cap as well as their 47% BRI offer to the players.
