Adelman is a true players player in many ways. Good to hear the Rowdies will be back next season. But please no JVG mascot look!

Been to many games and am a die hard fan or i wouldn't of paid money to listen to Boki, Baldiene, and V-Span threads all day long. Not trying to be rude, just an FYI. ;)

However, you raise to me a hypothetical question. Can a crippled man become a red rowdy since he would sit down the entire game?

It's not the standing its the sound! They would just have to move him to the front of the rowdies :)

from what I remember, it was random judges, last yea it was Matt Jackson and the head rowdie, Chris

before I sat in a game with the Rowdies, I thought I was a die hard b4 I met these guys but damn they put me to shame :p, its cool enough I know about 4 of them and now cool with Maya, John ( the crazy asian u see on the screen that screams his veins out), the Antonio Tarver looking dude (sorry forgot his name :p) and a lot others.

if they have try outs again next season and my work schedule lets me go to all of the games, then I'm down to try out. If I don't then I got season tixs next year regardless.

Not doubting you. Just point out that being a Red Rowdy is not just "getting free tickets." I actually felt like the Rockets got their money's worth as it's damn near a job. (a GREAT job ...but it's work non-the-less).

You are confused about if a crippled man became a Rowdy? Do you just sit around a be a devils advocate about everything? I'm sure you are a blast at ****-tail parties. :p

THe sad commentary is that a team with two super stars was so damned boring to watch, it was hard to sell tickets to see. Even on sell outs, people spent more time in the food court and Lexus lounge and wandered in the arena late because the games were boring and they were not afraid of missing something. It was sad to see a half empty arena on tv for the first quarter and Bill Worrell announce a sellout crowd at the TC.
