Honestly, can't believe that our roster is already set..I'm still hoping that DM can still trade for a good player/veteran out there..just one under the radar quality trade.

No I doubt it. This is the team we are rolling with for better or for worse.

I hope we can unload K-Mart (who's surely disgruntled), and he still holds some value as a player - plus he's a big expiring contract. A pick and a young piece would be ideal - but I don't want to sacrifice our '13 FA cap room, because I want to go after Bynum.

And letting go of the mess at PF would be nice. Dump Morris, and maybe see if Patterson gets any interest. Guys like Johnson and Brockman could be of use elsewhere, but not here.

We don't need more veterans. Our young players should be soaking up all the minutes.

What exactly do we need another move for? A playoff push isn't a priority really, if it's possible, they'll go for it, but wouldn't be a disappointment to miss out. We've got vets in Kmart and Delfino, willing leaders in Parsons and Lin, and full first and second string lineups. We just need the season to start.

idk about vets, you have enough of them for mentoring the kids and you don't actually need them for anything else while tanking.
but you should get rid of some of the PFs. You are bound to send a bunch of them to the D-League now.

Well stated. Would be a cherry on top if we traded Kmart for a pick or a young guy with potential.

You didn't hear about the signings of Demetri McCamey and Kyle Fogg??? ;)

Seriously, though, it's unlikely that the Rockets would have filled out their training camp roster--including waiving Courtney Fortson (a trade-eligible, non-guaranteed contract)--if they were planning to execute a trade over this weekend.

Trade K-Mart back to Sacramento for Chuck Hayes. We need a backup center and a veteran to teach the youngsters some toughness.

I don't see it. KMart needs to improve his value. Some guys will get cut still im sure and the youth movement will be in full effect. If your looking for trades you will have to wait. We will be busy at the deadline flipping Kmart I think.

Maybe minor moves. Don't see a big move coming.
