Everything will End Up Costing Lives. Killing him will end up costing lives. Not killing him will end up costing lives. Going after will end up costing lives. Not going after him will end up costing lives. The only thing not going to end up cosing lives is us forcing an equitable resolution to Palestine, economic and political development of Arab nations and finally closing the chapter of 19th and 20th century Colonialism in the region (Zionism, Fundamentalism, Pan-Arabism and all that crap). Osama is a reflection of the deepseated resentment that Arab youth have over their ****ty lives and how they think Europeans are the cause of the ****ty state of affairs across the Middle East. But don't worry. Once this mess is cleaned up in the Middle East we'll be dealing the 21st Century's Main Card Event, which will be our WWIII economic/social throwdown with China.
whats to understand? when it comes to terrorism you have a defeatist mentality. you are guided by fear and are willing to piss away everything that this country stands for so you can "feel" safe. "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." - Ben Franklin 250k people die a year in car wrecks - in order to "feel" safe should we ban cars - its all in the name of security, right? dont you want to "feel" safe? more people die a year from bee stings than terrorism in the u.s. - should we ban bees - would that make you feel "secure"? what about drowning in pools? should we ban pools so you can "feel" secure? as i have pointed out several times, all the procedures were in place to stop the "underwear bomber" - just like all the procedures were in place to stop 9/11 - but instead of ensuring that they actually do their job properly, they roll out all these hysterical, reactionary measures that amount to nothing more than "security theater" - its a facade, but at least it makes you "feel" safe, right? i find your attitude cowardly and unamerican - and when you go around throwing out the as much as you do you should expect nothing less than the hammer to be brought down. which goes back to my original point that the "terrorists" have already won - they have allowed people like you to be willing to give up the freedoms and liberties that our forefathers fought and died for - you beat terrorism by not giving into their demands and not letting them change your way of life - but we have become a nation of scared cowards and we are getting what we deserve. you live elsewhere - i want america to go back to the way it was. i dont want us to be guided by fear of terrorism - i dont want us to have this defeatist mentality that you have. again, you defeat terrorism by not allowing them to change your way of life. you are the one living in fear...not me. you think a bunch of glorified mall security guards grabbing your kids crotches gives you "peace of mind" - its cowardly, disgusting and unamerican and worthy of not 1, but 5 of these...
