    Tmac is not as bad as you make him to be in the playoffs.....

    As a Rocket: Both series early on against Mavs and Jazz we were up 2-0
    and he was 3-1 against the Pistons

    He has the might to win playoff games just not a series.
    He may or may not have needed more help than Kobe, Garnett, Duncan.

    The basics are there you just need luck, other factors.
    Hell one deciding game in a series is not hard to win if you are much better than the opponent.

    I think difficulty level was very high because both Mavs and Jazz were at a similar level than us. Both were tough as nails to close out.

    Yeah but the mcgrady nut lovers getting their feelings hurt and Jeremy's fans are confused, "someone Hateing on someone other that Lin, wft?....". Pretty funny Actually.

    Maybe the poll should be what happens if you had the 2005 T-mac paired with this years D.H, James Harden, and Chandler Parsons? Would this team be better than it is with Lin?

    I think anyone who answers No must be named Tinman.

    Who on earth has the time to even compare two players who play different positions and have different roles from two different eras?

    Jeremy Lin has to play off series first! So far it seems like both will be in the second round the same way, on the bench in street clothes. Jeremy sat out in NJ and Bit*hed out last season. I hope he's gone by this playoffs.

    Sorry I am adjusting to this new phone. Linny needs to play in a playoff series first is what I was trying to say. He sat out in NJ and was "injured" for the last one. Hope the chump is gone.

    Believe that Lin and the rockets will win a first round series.
    That shows optimism on the board.

    Back then when we had mcgrady, people thought we were contenders.
    Boy were we proven wrong.

    Tracy said it himself , the rockets would go as far as he would lead them.

    He needs to play as a healthy player in the playoffs, only then will we have the true evaluation of him.

    Just like mcgrady , his legacy will be made in the playoffs.

    Both of these guys fanbases keep yapping about regular seasons .

    We all know that it's about playoffs.

    Lin will never be at the level Mcgrady was. Scoring champ, All-Star and an alpha dog on a team. Mcgrady was at another level. If the Rockets make it to the second round no one (well I would think no one but this thread is here.) will be saying, "Wow. Lin just went further than Mcgrady." Dont really get the comparison beyond them both being Rockets.

    We don't know if Lin will have a masterful playoff series like Robert horry vs the magic or Sam cassell vs the Knicks or Kenny smith vs Utah.

    If he is a major reason we win this year, he will be deserving of credit.

    We understand the talent. Tmac wins.

    But being a great teammate and working hard. I'm leaning toward Lin.

    Oh tmac wins for throwing teammates under the bus.

    The reason for the two players? The both have large player only fan bases
