Simple question. Will Harden break the record for most turnovers in a single NBA season? The unwanted record is currently held by Artis Gilmore with 366 turnovers. Harden currently has 285 turnovers with 20 games to go, well on pace.
this will end up being a historical season w/ all the new records. will the warriors break the bulls' record? we know curry has already broken the 3's-made record made by himself last yr. harden is well on pace, too.
He needs to do 4.05 turn overs per game in order to tie. He's currently averaging 4.5 turn overs which is likely a bit higher after tonight. I think he'll unfortunately break it. He has given us no reason to believe he'll protect the ball more.
Ugh, this is why he can't be the only initiator of the offense, someone needs to be a guy that can pass and carry some of that burden when he doesn't have it. DD
Exactly, that's how dumb our coaches are. Despite the fact that teams have adjusted to Harden's style and are playing the passing lanes to the corners better and combine that with the fact no one else can do anything and it leads to Harden having to force far too much and turning the ball over far too often.
Those same coaches found a way to make a borderline all star PG in Lawson look like Rick Brunson reincarnate. DD
"When he doesn't have it." Hilarious. Any player that gets/keeps the ball out of Harden's hands gets waived. MT & Lawson. But.. Maybe picking up an all star Pg with leadership skills would tell Harden, "run the play I'm not passing it to you to run Isos" one can dream Coaching doesn't help much either.
