I think that Moses also left Houston a little unhappy. I am not sure that Clyde was all that unhappy in Portland but I do know that he had been trying to get back to Houston to play with Hakeem for many years before it actually happened.

For me, Clyde is a ring totin' Rock.

Chuckie doesn't seem to spend much energy reminding folks of his Rox days.

Mo at least brought The Dream to life!

Nolan Ryan is another good example.

Should have probably gone in as an Angel, maybe even an Astro.

I realize he threw 2 no hitters with Texas and set a couple more strikeout records also, but his best years were with Houston and California/Anaheim.

Star Players are remembered by if they win titles or not, Clyde Drexler is a Rocket, he wore a Rockets coat during the NBA at 50 ceremony in Cleveland during the 1997 all-star game.

I saw Clyde the Glide in person today for the first time ever. Pretty neat guy. Found out he knows my uncle.

great example! here's a guy who had a fantastic career in the major leagues....he spends his last years in Texas, and I think we'll all remember him as a Ranger primarily because he hit milestone moments as a Ranger...in the same way Clyde won a ring in a Rockets jersey.
