I appreciate the drexlerisms! It'll provide some entertainment...
Plus, when all three are working the same game it all balances out.

But really, I think in a few years when either bull/clyde leave they should try hiring Stevie Francis as a replacement.

Bullard just said that Don Chaney will do home games this year. So I guess Clyde is gone. Don Chaney has no personality but could he be any worse than Drexler.

Noooooo! Clyde may not be the most knowledgeable or analytical commentator but it was always interesting listening to what he had to say. Cheney...meh.

Clyde has improved. Some people can't get past first impressions.

As far as content he brings historical perspective and insight from the Championship years as well as his time playing for Adelman in Portland and time with the Houston Cougers.

Calvin and Clyde run neck and neck for just plain awful. The patently obvious called to say thanks for all of the run it was getting between the two.

Yes Clyde was horrible in his 1st year as a commentator but he has improved. Seriously though you guys would rather here Mutombo than Clyde? That is straight up crazy!!! I would need subtitles if Mutombo were to speak lol...

I don't hate Clyde like a lot of you apparently do but at the same time, I'd love to see Calvin come back to the booth, although not at the expense of his talk show on 97.5 fm.

Clyde made games so much more interesting; this is terrible loss. He was the perfect comedic foil and his quotes are just entertainment gold. We may get more substantial analysis with Don, but most people on this board already know everything a color commentator would say. Clyde was good for at least three good laughs a game. Unless JVG or DM is commentating, I don't really care who does it. I find them equally bad.
