Having Vince in there opens things up for him. He will do it easily.

Follow up question. If he does hit 2000 yards or comes close to it, does his body start breaking down soon after like Terrell Davis and Eric Dickerson?

It was a good yard short of the opportunity to kick an extra point that would have sent the game to overtime.

He is more Barry Sanders like, and takes fewer hits in getting his yards. Davis's knees gave out, which really is more bad luck then anything. Dickerson had some good years after reaching 2,000.

That guy is amazing, it is not his speed it is his moves, he slides left and right and looks like he is playing at a different speed than the rest of the players.

    Heck, so does Vince....

The Titans are gonna be scary good.......

Dickerson's body never really broke down, he just lost interest in football. He also carried the ball over 30 times a game.

No need to get out the 'roll-eyes', SwoLy-D... I know he's great and that it wasn't just some fluke. It doesn't change the fact that the Texans are not a great rushing defense team. Please forgive me for joking there... I'm still just a little bummed that the Texans just choked across the board to lose this one last night.

DARN IT. I am sad too. I apologize for the "rolleyes", fella Texans' fan. THE ENTIRE TEAM really stunk it up. No harm done, man. I feel ya. I feel ya, brother. :(

He already has 1400 or so yards from scrimmage -- I think he'll get another thousand (rush/ receiving), but will be a little short of 2000+ rushing. Many of his touches down the stretch will be screens from Vince.
