can you explain to me why bill walton was booed when he was being recognized with nate archibald and clyde? he praises hakeem and yao ming all the time; i dont understand.

because many of the weak-minded have selective hearing. when walton praises the Rockets, they barely acknowledges it. when he criticizes somebody, then they scream as if somebody has just stepped on their groin.

what they want is a cheerleader, not a no-holds-barred commentator.

 

Fran is absolutely right. Any commentator that is not kissing Rocket ass is the devil to some fans.

we must all remember Clyde was a good player, and a really nice guy, but that's it, the dude couldn't coach and he is an even worse as a commentator, well unless you wanna make Bullard, Swoopes or Manloski look good
