I want the game in HD, therefore ESPN is my choice. Walton calling Utah for the flops was $$$.

I used to like Walton; not any more. He completely lost his credit this season. What an idiot.

ive never liked walton, but im really surprised he didnt talk about yao very much becuase he normally talks him up a ton. its like these guys have one story and one angle of the game to talk about going in (tmac stuff) and they never deviate from it.

I think Jones is the problem on the telecast. He knows a few things about us, and he repeats it over and over. He's boring.

favorite line of the night. Walton- I'm surprised Okur isn't a better free throw shooter although 77% is pretty good, isn't like he spends alot of time learning to block shots.

I have to totally agree with points 1 and 3.

What is the point of showing the rest of a game that is in the last 30 or so seconds and their is already a 9 point lead. It's not like Orlando has T-Mac on their squad anymore to go off in the finals seconds.

Second, the whole T-Mac and first round crap is so annoying. It makes no sense to bring up his past playoff record every 5 seconds. And how stupid are these analysts? First, they keep mentioning T-Mac's 0-5 record in the playoff, then a minute later, they show T-Mac's 28.9 points average in the playoffs. Do they not understand how this is contradictary? If he is scoring almost 30 points a game in the playoffs, it is obviously not entirely his fault that his teams haven't advanced. WOW!

And I have just grown accustomed to ESPN not mentioning anything Yao accomplishes and only showing clips or him getting blocked. ESPN just pisses me off. I would much rather watch it on TNT, atleast they try to balance the idoicy of Charles Barkley with Magic and Reggie Miller.

yeah I rofl'ed on that one.

Bill Walton is the clown for espn. He's not there to give analysis, just like Charles Barkley isn't on TNT to provide analysis. They're there for comedic value. If you treat him like one, you'll learn to live through his telecasts.

I was too caught up in the game to notice the commentary except for the Rolling Stones, Yao Ming, Wild Thing bit. Was it Walton who made that comment? If it was, surprised he got that wrong though.

And he was a Yao & Rocket hater during the first half. His voice also made my surrounding speakers sound terrible. I hate this guy on ESPN.

Bill Walton is funny for being so stupid. Take him with a grain of salt.

After Dwayne Wade was called for a foul during international play:

"That isn't a foul....the only foul is that it's too spectacular! The refs haven't seen anything like it before!"

That made me hit the ground. The guy is hilarious.

Stupid = funny. See Charles Barkley.

I sat arms length away from Walton & I never heard anyone booing until . . .
    - Jazz came out of the locker room
    - Jazz were shooting free throws
    - Jazz were allowed to hack on Yao
    - Jazz got the ball via some bad calls
    - Jazz getting a break in TMac not getting 3 shots

Man, don't hate on Walton. He adds a lot of goofiness and fun to the broadcast, and his sarcasm is hilarious. The fact that he can keep from laughing when he says anything at all is an achievement in itself!

The fans booed walton when Walton, Tiny Archibald, and Clyde were standing at center court.

And boy did they boo him good.

As for Walton, I've never liked him & equate him to the John Madden of Basketball. They're both r****ded . . .

I called out one of the refs on why they allowed the hacking & he just stared at me like the brain dead monkey they were. Granted, from 3rd row, courtside seats, I don't get the feedback that the "refs are letting them play".

Well, I have never had that much fun than I did in the 3rd/4th. It was so loud, I could not hear myself screaming!
