    For the love of God....

STFU! He's basically repeating everything 30 times. Add something else to the telecast.

    Bill Walton is awesome!!!

    Extremely sarcastic.

Thing is, if you don't have a sophisticated sense of humor you will never appreciate Walton.

If you take everything he says literally, you will never appreciate Walton.

I miss the days of the Tolbert and Walton broadcasts. Why did they separate these geniuses? (Seriously.)

I for one love it. If we were winning he would be all over our nuts. Let him talk his exaggerations.

I love Walton, but his 2 minute diatribe on TMac pissed me off

Of course TMac turned the ball over at the end of it...

Second half he'll be all on our nuts

I don't really care about what he's saying...it's the fact that he's saying the same thing over and over.

"3rd leading scorer in playoff history"...

    "Only behind Oscar Robertson"

"Deron Williams is such a remarkable young player"...

    So annoying...

I do agree all I hear is mumbling. It's almost like he's a woman. I don't even recall him taking a breath in between sentences. Please, this should be the last guy you allow to telecast a game in Houston. The arena is already quiet.

His smartest comment of the night was that "Wild Thing" was written by the Rolling Stones. At least he knew the Rolling Stones line up....

Sorry about that professor zboy. We weren't talking about the content of his commentary, but rather the lack of creativity and variety in what hes talking about!!!!

I think it's ESPN in general. How many times during the broadcast have they kept mentioning T-Mac's past playoff record as well as Utah's offensive rebounding...

Like Calvin Muprhy, Walton is polarizing. I think he's great personally, but you have to think of him as a goofy cartoon, not an actual analyst.

But ESPN's overall telecast is pissing me off:

    1. Missing the first 3 minutes
    2. The sci-fi sound effects everytime a frikkin graphic shows up on the screen
    3. The 847 mentions of T-Mac's first round stat
    4. Utterly ignoring the impact Yao is having on the game (barely mentioning the 26 and 13).

This telecast has actually sucked some of the joy out of the game.
