Ariza stat prediction 12.6 ppg 5.9 RPG 1.9 APG 1.5 SPG 0.6 BPG 145 3's made David Andersen stat prediction 2.9 ppg 1.7 rpg 19 blocks 12 steals Aaron Brooks stat prediction 16.3 ppg 5.1 apg 102 steals 8 blocks 177 threes
I think that is expecting a little too much from him. I think we will have two 18 PPG+ players...McGrady at 23.4 and Brooks at 18.1.
18 ppg? Cmon, the guy is way too passive and inconsistent to do that. He's a pretty good roleplayer and that's it.
Ariza is Artest's replacement, not Yao's replacement. Anybody that expects him to get in the neighborhood of Yao's scoring(19.7 ppg) is on crack. Artest couldn't score 18 ppg in 35.5 min/g, last year. I doubt Ariza does, even with Yao out. T-mac's come back will drop his shot total. I can see him doing 14-15 ppg in 31-32 minutes.
yea 13 pg, after seeing him with the lakers i thought he could easily get 15 ppg, but then you see the idfference when oyu take him out of that offense and hte attention the players have around him, he doesnt seem natural with the ball or creating yet, itll come, but id say 13
10+ but less than 18... Too much for him to handle. He's trying too hard to create plays. Not his forte...
He'll be lucky to average 15ppg. The dude is not a go-to guy. I've been preaching this since we signed the role player.
Andersen will most definitely average more than 2.9 ppg. he's going to be an integral part of the rotation
I agree that he will be part of the rotation early but as the season goes on he will see very little playing time. I do believe he is a bit of a scrub and he's a euro softy that cant get it done at this level. I would be surprised if he was anything more than a tenth man by seasons end. Hope I'm wrong.
In my opinion, Ariza probably won't average over 17 PPG. When I've seen him try to get his own shot, it doesn't look very natural. His dribbling skills are still mediocre and his footwork not very good. He should have the same style as T-Mac because of his size but he's so skinny for that height he just looks akward. I think he needs to put on more muscle and work on his footwork and dribbling. If he works on his outside shot, He'll probably play like Travis Outlaw since Outlaw is tall and skinny, but looks kind of akward with the ball.
Brooks 20 Scola 20 Ariza 12 Battier 10 Landry 10 Budinger 10 Lowry 9 Pops 6 Andersen 4 Hayes 2 Others 2
i think once he gets more acclimated with adelman's system with the cuts and screens, along with our new "push it" offense, and his usual fastbreak steals he might be around 15 PPG. i dont think he needs to be the focal point of the offense.
