As someone mentioned above...Foster does have the Clutch gene, and does show up in tough situations. Part of being a top tier RB is to have the expectation that no one plays ahead of you. In the long run, having two productive backs, will aid in prolonging Arian's career and he will gladly thank Kubiak, when he will be eligible to get a big second contract in a few more years... Tate is gonna get paid in the upcoming offseason, but being a feature back in today's NFL, is just not feasible... The avg life span for RBs if im not mistaken is 3 years!!! There are plenty of guys with power and strength in this league, but few with the talent to be elusive(and really I only know of one with both-> Adrian Peterson)...That spin move helped Foster get a 1st down. The decision to not cut outside the block and wait for the 2nd line block allowed us to get those 2 points. This is a wonderful problem to have...and the Texans are lucky to have both this season. So far this season, our run game has been solid(and can get even better) we are ranked #3 only behind the Eagles and Raiders(both teams have a running QB off to a fast start)
