I think he’d have probably made it if he hadn’t missed so many games. His injury ****ed up everything.

 

nah he wouldn't. he still has a ways to go before hes able to overtake guys who are infront of him for all star appearances on that frontcourt list

I'm probably in the minority, but I don't think there was a snub here. He missed a lot of games, and even if he hadn't, he's more of a borderline all-star player when you compare him to the rest of the all-star selections. I'm glad he feels snubbed, but I don't think he was.

 

Yea i agree. But i don't take it too serious either with the All-Star thing because as you said, it's just fan voting. Most fans know nothing.

I just wanted to make clear that Wood is clearly better than these 2.

 

The only thing fan voting controls are the starters. Those 10 guys are simply who are trending the most or the most popular at that given time of the year. The rest are primarily controlled by coaches. Wiggins isn't even in the discussion. he's never going to make it in the west. and Zion is arguable. Even if you want to take out Zion, you can put Ingram in his place as another frontcourt player Wood is still behind and Gobert isn't even on the voting list at top 10 who will continue making the team as long as him and Spider are healthy
