If they publish names and can't definitively say that the player did it, libel/slander? Not sure on this. Who's to say the players didn't find this girl at one of her websites and hire the girls as strippers for bachelor parties... and furthermore, who gives a fark what they do if it doesn't hurt anybody?

Not that i care what they did or didnt do, but im guessing as long as the media/authorities don't convict them before the courts do then they can release the names on the receipts since that's proof there was some transaction done officially, even if wasnt sex. The names on the blackbook may be released legally i think, as long as they're alleged as paying for sex, but the police probably wont release them to avoid any possible lawsuits, even if they're meaningless.
