Mac is Caroll Dawson's legacy & not part of Daryl Morey's plans. However, both Yao and Martin are in Morey's plan so yeah, IN MOREY WE TRUST, and thus it will work, lol.

k-MARTIN ,as a solid scorer , would be a perfect addition to this team,he fits in adelman's system with no doubt.while yao would be a positive factor for martin to improve his performance on the court.

i am not sure if this combo could win us a champion, but if our role players could keeping improving, especially hill ,i believe we hold great chance at least.

You should define 'actually work'. Fans recognition? Playoff success? Championship?

Won't work until we get rid of Brooks or if we start lowry and get bosh/amare

brooks will be our 2nd best player if the same players come back, after yao.

so OP needs to change his title.

That really is the key right there.... Martin is not a ballhog... if Yao or Brooks or Scola is having a big game, I don't see him having any problem deferring and let them do what they do.... when nobody else is hot, that's when he should step up and get to the basket and get to the line. I really think it can work. I have a lot of faith in Kevin Martin as a player.
