I just checked amazon.com and they have it at $49 for Pre-order. This is supposed to be one the best games of the year.
It looks like they put the price of the classic controller up for the game. I got one, I hope they honor it.
they are legally required to honor it once they accept your order, but some companies just know they are not going to get sued and do it anyway. Although sometimes if you call and complain enough after they cancel, they'll honor it anyway. Walmart seems like the type of company that would honor it.
most companies will state in their website or receipt that they are not responsible for price mistakes and can cancel the order. But some will want to retain customers so they will honor it. It depends on the company. For example, recently I ordered a digital camera from dell for $30 when it originally cost $230 but Dell canceled the order stating that it was a price mistake.

Also, it stats they dont charge until the oder is shipped, soooo i think there is a loop hole in there for them somewhere
