Things I like about Houston: consistently warm, proximity to the coast, the food, lots of different cultures, relatively less racial segregation and economic disparity than much of the South. Things I dislike about Houston: traffic, lack of effective transit and transit options, lack of zoning, the humidity, rains too often, mosquitoes, flooding, sprawl, ugly and cheap architecture, allergies.
I was born here. Diversity. Jobs. My family. Rockets. Heat beats cold. Familiarity. Restaurants. Love the Southern hospitality, if not the Southern conservative mindset.

Not a "good" song, but enjoyable. The song at the beginning reminded me of Astros games, which I used to love to go to, and which used to be a big reason why I wanted to stay in Houston. Nowadays, I don't even go when I'm offered free tickets.
-Weather from fall to spring -Restaurants -Jerbs -Low cost of living in the city -All major sports teams -Good arts scene
Low cost of living Strong economy Diversity Variety of restaurants What I'd improve: mass transit options throughout the city and high-speed rail + highway to Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas.
I was born here. I fell in love here. I built a career here. I will tell you for sure that it isn't the heat and the traffic.
