I would entertain trades for Yao. Mainly for Garnett, Stodamire, Bosh or Howard. I can see them helping our team
OK, I'll jump into this mess. I'd trade both Yao and Tracy for Howard. It might take 2 or 3 years to surround him with a supporting cast, but he's everything the NBA wants a big man to be; a hyper athletic dunking machine. This isn't a knock against Yao, but he's an old school big man, and the way the game is played today just doesn't favor that style. And, Orlando wouldn't trade Howard for our pair of softies anyway, so it's a mute point.
You can make the point that Howard is better than Yao but how is Yao AND Tmac a fair trade for Howard? And 2 or 3 years is too long, we will basically have to rebuild the entire team...IT'S TIME!

Bosh by himself wouldn't be fair compensation, but: Chris Bosh, Rasho Nesterovic, Carlos Delfino, Andrea Bargnani, and Jose Calderon for Rafer Alston, Mike James, Luther Head, Yao Ming and a first and second round pick might work.
not by themselves, and if you sat there and thought about it, you would realize that rarely do these trades work out man for man.. o well, its a hard name to spell.
