    that was opportunistic. all they had were rumors and fake photos but because of the election edwards would've been under immense pressure from his party to kill the story. if edwards were still running or it were another year that story would've been swept under the carpet.

    Political jokes have happened in the Hangout before, the thread simply gets moved to D&D. Making political jokes in the GARM is a different animal, I think.

    Still a dumb move to make but I think that's the difference and NOT the leanings of the comment.

    While "never" a disaster, an unplanned teen pregnancy is ideal neither, but a beautiful baby boy or girl is about to enter the world. Someone is just have to learn how to deal responsibly with their actions-- like the Palin family is doing.

    Like it or not, unwanted teen pregnancy is a natural phenomenon. Who do you want to besmirch next: Dick and Lyn Cheney for having a gay daughter? :D

    A thread by JuanValdez was started recently pondering what's wrong with the hangout lately. I think this thread is a perfect example. A Jamie Lynn Spears thread turning political....

    This bbs has officially lost it's sense of humor. I just hope it comes back after the election. :(
