I would give Mo T one more year to prove himself and raise his trading value. barbourdg, if KT plus additional picks will fetch us veterans like Odom/Marion I would not mind it. But I would not want to sell him cheap for an unproven commodity. How many rookies do want on the Rockets team. 3? and you have 4 second year. That is 7 out of 12 with one or less experience. How are we going to compete. CriscoKidd, if you keep trading your proven veterans and replacing them with unproven rookies on a young team like the Rockets, that would be settling for the lottery for few seasons. Rockets need stability, more anything else.
Since the automatic search is inactive, I used the manual search and stumbled across 2 good KT threads. He was compared to Corliss Williamson & Malik Rose. Do you think that the Spurs and the Pistons are foolish enough to trade their first pick & either of those players so that they can move up a couple of spots in the draft? I doubt it. Both teams are more veteran than Houston. So why you want the Rockets to do the same with KT.
