Haha. Fair argument but come on.
I don’t know exact numbers but the 2020-21 season Harden and Westbrook are more than $80 mil together, plus EG and Capela at another $35 mil.

 

I think the issue with House was considering the guy had played like 18 NBA games in his life (and was showing promise) that if he is going to be a contributing player late in the season and into the playoffs the thing he needed was to play more NBA games. What seemed less useful was to be sent down for 3 months or whatever so the team could save some money. Wasn't an assurance that he would be ready for the playoffs had he stayed but surely playing more NBA games was what he needed (needs) if such a thing were possible.
