I'm using analogies...not going over the whole plan with accurate rates. I agree that those lifetime benefits caps and pre-ex should be addressed but that’s can be addressed without forcing those people into a plan for all.

We are an entitlement state with a future limited by our government's ability to support its population. No government has or will ever be able to bear that burden.

    The true tragedy in this:

It was only a few short weeks ago when Obama wouldn't consider ANY changes to Obamacare, which led to the partial government shutdown.

oops, 180 degree turn from him. The losers were the American people

I'm trying to get through health.gov right now and I am stuck in a loop.
Obama is a pretty bad website programmer, though it probably is pretty hard to write all that code while trying to run the country.

Nope, the true tragedy is republicans could have had a hand in shaping the new law and actually doing something constructive for the country, but instead chose to do nothing and do everything within their power destroy it.

So go ahead and gloat that the roll out hasn't been stellar. You guys worked hard for it.

Care to debate the 3 points that BigTexx had in his cliff notes? It's going to be tough because he nailed all 3.

Not sure why have to refer to people who think differently than you do as crazies or freaks without offering anything of substance of your own.

I guess if he hadn't let the no bid contract go to Michelle's buddy, Obama might not look as bad as he does right now.

Cliff notes are for people who are too lazy to do the work and think critically for themselves. I'm not surprised that's what you would pay attention too.

And I stopped paying attention to Krauthammer after the spanking he took after last year's election.

    :p

Here's the real problem. The president treats this healthcare situation as a political game, rather than rolling up his sleeves and working across the aisle to find a solution that actually works. Obama needs a change in his mindset. This is not a political game. This is challenging problem solving that impacts lives.

Across the aisle has no solutions. They have nothing to offer on this. What do they have, specifically?

Except that I didn't have a substandard policy. My policy worked very well for me. I liked everything about my plan. Sadly, it is being cancelled and replaced with something much more expensive. Thankfully, I work for a company that is negotiating to try to bring down some of the increase.
