    Why no Jacko thread?

Probably because there is a limit to what material we choose to waste our time on.

This is a slam dunk aquittal in my opinion.

    I think he did it.

I think Jacko is Wacko and that he probably did at some point step over the line but there are some aspects of this case that give me pause ...

The alleged victim and mother have run insurance scams before.

Only finding legal hetero porno is suspicious if Jacko is really a homo ped.

The alleged victim appears not to have a straight story.

Stuff I would believe at this point is that Jacko did give minors alcohol and access to his stroke books/vids. I do hope that he gets nailed for something, even if it is minor, so that a court would order Jacko to no longer have unsupervised access to children.

It included magazines -- with titles such as "Barely Legal" and "Teenage" -- which feature young women meant to appear underage, along with more mainstream publications such as "Penthouse" and erotic books by well-known photographers.

Most of the magazines and videotapes featured grown women, but Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputy Karen Shepherd testified to finding a book titled "Camp Cove, Photos of Sydney Men", and another titled "Dress up: Playacts and Fantasies of Childhood."

Among the videotapes seized in the police raid was one titled "Believe It or Not", which promised a variety of unusual sex acts

I would say that the girls in "Barely Legal" and "Teenage" were meant to look 18 versus say 14 or 10 or 6.

I wanted to add that if Jacko had d/l child p*rn from the internet or bought it in print, that would be the lead for the story. And he would have pleaded out.
