I guess I was always a morning person, usually up by 7-8 AM as long as I get at least 3 hours of sleep.
Wasn't there a member here that made a thread talking about how he could never wake up in the mornings on time? Went as far as to say it was a disease or disorder. Lol I call it responsibility.
I remember that thread. Pretty sure it was insomnia he suffered from. You can die from stress and exhaustion. Glad you think it's a joke.
Doesn't insomnia mean you have trouble sleeping or staying asleep ? How is that right when he had problems waking up on time in the mornings? Doesn't make sense. Maybe we're talking about different folks.
I wouldn't say it's my favorite time, but it is the only time I can make myself do it consistently. I'm usually too hungry right after work, and if I eat first and then try to go jog after a rest, I'm too tired. Honestly, I'd prefer to jog at 6:00 and get to work at 8:00, but that's not an option.
First, yes, that is what insomnia means. However, sufferers can be so extremely exhausted that when they finally do fall asleep, waking up and/or being alert can be so difficult that it effects all aspects of your life. Second, I'm sorry for my snippy comment. I have pretty severe insomnia myself, so it's a touchy subject.
