How would you know? Just because he wants to win now is not wrong. Everybody is at least expecting us to make the playoffs this year. To get to the playoffs in the big man Western Conference, we most likely need a proven center. Mobley wants to take this team to the next level, and a big man is needed.

And actually, Mobley will be 27 when next season starts.

You know, I hate it when I realize that I've wasted my time reading a thread beause none of the posts are at all stimulating-just nothing more than a bunch of people b****ing about bullshet. And now here I go b****ing. It's contagious.

Then you'd better get Clutch to fix CC.net's Mobley profile:
    Cuttino Mobley

    Position: Shooting Guard
    DOB: Sunday, September 1, 1974

Or is the season starting in August? :p

Thank you for the whole story tazai.

I still am surprised every time people put down Cuttino. The guy wants to win and I don't see anything wrong with that. Ming is not going to bring us a championship automatically. Ming is a risk much like all draft picks. As for Mobley losing his quickness later in life, so what. The guy will figure out a way to play when he becomes slower. All veterans have to change their game. Why would Mobley be any different.

Give cat a break. He is a top level player we drafted in the second round and he took a pay cut to stay in Houston. Why complain?
