Nobody in this draft had superstar potential and superstars are rare to find, so I don't understand your point?

That's how you draft busts looking superstars in every draft.

Because if we got Mobley with the 2nd Pick the odds of us picking Sengun with that same or similar trade would be slim. So I say again, it’s Sengun vs Mobley…. Period

It really should be Sengun vs Mobley because let's face it, Green vs Mobley isn't fair. Clearly Green isn't on that level as a player. Sengun has a chance to be close.

Cool…. I'll wait a few seasons before determining which or who will be a special player in the NBA.

    By all means, do.

For the record, I hope Green turns things around and one of these days becomes a net positive player.....but till that happens, he doesn't belong in conversations about the top rookies, but Sengun does.

    This makes zero sense.

If Sengun was highly rated and available at that point in the draft why would they not still trade for him on a roster this talent poor?

The draft is about talent acquisition not fit with a team this poor and that point in the draft.....Period.

Why did Cleveland pick him when gave all that money to Allen smart guy?

I just want to say that I've seen 3 green highlights posted to twitter tonight by Rockets twitter compared to none from Mobley.

    Advantage Green

Update - Mobley just exploded for 10 4th period points in garbage time in a loss to the Grizzlies

One does not exclude the other.

    Weird argument.

One IS a ROCKET and the other more than likely never will be. It’s counterproductive talking about things that already happened and can’t change. Thus, I like Sengun…

I prefer having Sengun and Green than Mobley with any other guard past 2nd pick. That is the real comparsion. We paired top2 best guard with top2 best big in this draft. If we took Mobley second which guard we getting at 14?

I like what I’m seeing from Mobley. He clearly has high basketball IQ.

    he needs an outside jumper.

if both he and Sengun get an outside jumper Mobley will be better for sure given his size/defensive upside… but it’s close. Sengun is way better defensively than I expected and a better rebounder.

on the Green va Mobley debate… right now Scottie Barnes looks like the best option.

    It’s still crazy early.

Damn Mobley with a hell of game against Clint and Collins, this dude already looks like one of the better bigs in the league at just 20 years old on a super skinny frame. As he adds muscle he’s only going to get better. I pray Green pulls through it this is gonna be a gut punch

No we still would have picked up sengun!
Imagine Sengun and Mobley and wood. Mobley looks like Kevin Garnet out there.
