More proof the people that won't give McHale a chance are idiots. Real fans don't want to deal with this made up controversy. I don't think this is coming from fans. I think this is comings from out of work nba coaches and their agents that have fantasies about being the coach of the rockets. As a fan I don't want to see those people on tv.
considering the contribution Casspi gave the team in the 2nd Q last game , what so wrong in being his fan ? and considering the energy he brought last game it is a fair question , did any other Rocket fight as hard as Casspi last game ?, i dont recall any other rocket diving after a lost ball like Casspi did in the 2nd half.
Casspi was awesome in the Wizards game and was one of the main reasons we expanded the lead to 20+. While TJones also had a great game, I'd still rather start Casspi because of his ability to space the floor for Dwight. TJones just can't shoot it well enough right now to deserve starting over one of our better 3pt shooters, and we already know TJones struggles to defend the best PFs.
Because Casspi wouldn't struggle to defend the better PF's Our defensive rebounding is already bad it would get worse with Casspi next to Dwight.
Both are 3rd stringers/spot-minute players. The real question is why either one of them are playing in our fixed rotation? Rotation needs to be(when healthy) Dwight Asik Jones Parsons Harden Lin AB Brooks Casspi or Garcia or Brewer That's our 8 best + 1 floating 9th player for 10mpg.
Because the coaching staff with 50++ years of NBA experience has decided how much players should play with Parsons out?
casspi had a good game, to bad that he played only 18 minutes in a game that he shooting 4-5 fg 2-2 3p and 4-4, he needs to play more and shoot more. wham he is cold he can rest on the bench, but when he's hot he needs to play, and shoot more. last game he played only 6 minutes, but the game before againstt LAL, casspi played 21 and shot 3-5 fg with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. needs to take more shots when he is shooting well, not just 5 shots.
I agree with you, but what about Beverly?.... IMO he doesn't bring anything we can't get out of our top 8.
Because Mchale is a idiot and doesn't know how to manage his players or get the most out of them because he's stuck in the stone age of basketball.
