    sloth = f**kin stupid idiot

    yeah yao gets a pass...i'm pissed at him too for showing up every night with a crappy ass lineup around him.

    i'm pissed he keeps playing when 30 million that was intended to help him is on the bench in $1500 suits.

    I'm pissed at yao because he sufferede a nearly career ending injury this summer and has absolutely no ill effects nor has he sat out b****ing like your guy

    i'm pissed at yao that the rockets front office didnt get him a backup until mid january and that guy is as old as dirt

    i'm pissed at yao too

    Yes, that's your point and it's a faulty premise to equate lack of effort with subpar play. Even in Soloman's article today he failed to mention that unlike DWade's situation last year, every doctor TMac's seen has said he's fine.

    Instead of attacking Yao I'd be more inclined to support the Rockets management that clearly feels TMac has let them down.

    And Yao getting a free pass here? That's laughable.

    Simple- Yao was here before McGrady, and well liked and respected locally, nationally, and worldwide before McGrady arrived. With McGrady already bringing with him some baggage from this previous team and questions about his rep.

    Plus Yao does a better job of accepting and absorbing the criticism, just more diplomatic. McGrady tries to appear unaffected. But like the terds people can be, we sense the sensitive spots and just try to keep pushing the McGrady buttons :D

    Trying to fairly distribute criticism based on PLAY, its not even close this year.

    TMac should understand that if he wants to help the team to advance to the 2nd round or even beyond in the playoff, the time is now. So far, I don't see it.

    sorry DD but in todays game you need at least 2 good players to do anything in the NBA. kobe hasn't done anything without shaq but once you give him gasol.. he advances. and shaq couldn't have done it in Miami without D-Wade. yao without t-mac is just a 1st round upset. but with t-mac we can do alot more. now that t-mac is out and wafer is in we should should win a few games that we would lose before. but once t-mac comes back! we should have a ring this summer!
