Why I (now) think Bosh might be the way to go: Rick Adelman

    I think you don't understand Rick one bit. Rick sits back and lets the players play sometimes because he wants them to learn how to adjust on their own. Why? Because when the team DOES hit finals or playoffs, he can call time outs for needed purposes and his team will be used to adjusting on its own more than other teams. He is training them throughout the season. Notice how in the playoffs he calls a lot more time outs.

    Also Rick is GREAT at adjusting lineups. This is his forte. He had to deal with Tracy in and out and Yao gone and did wonderfully.
