    Wow. Just Wow.

Is there a reason why the white supremist/bigot community supports Mccain?

What does the scripture say about divorce?

Yes, that is why he posted it. The funny thing is that this guy's brand of christianity sounds a lot like Reverend Wright...who of course is a dangerous black man.

I agree the original author is entitled to his views and if his issues lead him to not vote for Obama then he shouldn't vote for Obama. I think there is some question regarding the veracity of how he has come to his conclusions of Obama. While the author and the poster are entitled to their own opinions on Obama I think the issues though are open to discussion.

If the original author's primary issues is how closely does a politician follow Biblical scripture in governing and personal life I would say he should consider also how much does McCain's governmental philosophy and personal life follow those views too?

My own view is that if one is going to hold politicians to a rigidly scriptural view they are going to be frustrated.

Stupid and crazy is the phrase I would use for a guy who would claim to not be able to vote for Obama b/c he is a terrorist gay loving baby killer. "embarrassed for them" is another term.

Anyone care to explain to me:
    (A) Why Trader thought faux ebonics would be funny here,
    and
    (B) Why this board permits posting like that. Can Trader
type "ching chong chang" to make fun of Yao Ming? I will
    assume, yes he can.

    How uplifting and positive.

It seems to me that just about every candidate for public office would fall short of Jesus's standards. For that matter, most people would fall short. So I think anyone who claims one candidate is more Christian than another has either not given the matter adequate thought or is simply being disingenuous.

Hmm elect a President who attended a radical black church or elect a President who will continue the failed economic and foriegn policy of the worst President in recent history? What effects me?

    Tough choice

And about this redistribution of wealth, why does a poor unlicensed plumber who owes taxes care about rich people? Take your tax cut Joe the unlicensed plumber and like it. Then when you are wealthy, start *****ing.

Or the candidate who has embraced "Christians" who promote hate like Pat "9/11 was the fault of some Americans" Robertson or Jerry Falwell?

I'm sorry, but if this guy wants to base his vote on McCain because of his "adherence to the Bible," I'd like some examples, maybe a step-by-step analysis. Maybe cite all the times Jesus taught his followers that they should put the issue of the unborn above anything and everything else.

I'm sorry, I just feel that this is more than a one-issue election. I was hoping to read a Christian's reason for not voting Obama that wasn't 98% about abortion. WHY is this the sole issue for Christians.

I consider myself pro-life and I support Obama. Why? Because I feel it is a personal choice between a woman and her God and it isn't my job to tell others what to do. I guess that makes me pro-choice but I would try to talk any woman in my life out of it.

Is McCain a better Christian than Obama?

Does the right really want to get into this area?
