I don't really understand people complaining about the 'constant juggling' of the team and how that's going to affect a coach? Surely that is (i) just life in the NBA and (ii) something that would be discussed with the coach anyhow? Example: <DM> How do you feel you're going with your big guys Rick? <RA> We just need some size back there! Can you find me a big guy who can play in the offense? <DM> Sure how about I target "xyz?" <RA> Get me Miller. You give me Brad Miller and we're a top 4 seed. Example 2: The end of roster 'churn' that Morey goes through. Bringing in guys like T Williams; H Thabeet etc is all mainly irrelevant. These guys aren't necessarily going to play anyhow - so they're just end of benchers.
