I don't know if anybody caught 'Real Time' last night but I though it was pretty interesting. They had the usual suspects on. A liberal entertainer and journalist/politician, and one weak conservitive. They went on and had the usual government bashing which is expected and understandable. The one thing that really bothered me was the reaction to a question similar to...'Are you ashamed of this country after the reaction to the hurricane? They all said yes, except of course the conservitive. But if you think about the question beyond politics I felt that I'm pretty damn proud of this country in a time of need. Nobody mentioned anything about the thousands of volunteers spending hours and opening thier wallets to helping these people in need. The fact that it was the most sucessfull emergancy rescue operation possibly ever. As more blame goes on and on, its sad that all the good that has come out of our citizens gets put on the back-burner.
