    You could not be more spot on. From him kissing the ass end of an ass. I honestly had not noticed JVG being overly harsh to the Griz. They seem like an upstanding well run organization to me. Could it be a Hollinger thing?

    JVG praised Gasol and ZBo plenty as well. Dude is not a hater for telling the truth about relying on old and inconsistent wing depth.

    Also for the record, I like the Grizz

    I heard him say that last night and have always agreed with the sentiment. The Grizz are not true contenders until they get a wing closer because Conley can not be your down the stretch go to guy.

    Memphis is the state where Drew Gooden was born. I think the state of Memphis is probably right next to Missouri but I am not 100% sure.

    So he's just supposed to be effusive in his praise of the Grizz, and not give a single opinion that might dissent from what you think? Prince and Carter ARE long in the tooth. The Grizzlies DO go through a lot of scoring droughts where a wing scorer would do them some good. Kosta IS good off the bench. If he's biased, the examples you gave sure don't exhibit that. In fact, I think a reasonable expectation would be for JVG to LOVE the Grizzlies because that's EXACTLY how he wanted his teams to play when he was the coach.

    Why should we care if JVG(whom must of us Rox fans love) dislikes the Grizz???:confused::mad:
