I wasn't implying he had TMJ. I used the treatment of TMJ as an example of the connection between the jaw and other muscles.

You seriously don't see anything funny about that site? Anyone? Am I just going crazy? There's really a rule that automatically disqualifies you from being an NBA player based on jaw width? Really?

At most they would burn 1000 calories during a game... at the very maximum. 1 litre of 2% choco milk is 680 calories.. there's almost a games worth of calories they can in take in a matter of minutes afterwards. In terms of bodybuilding, so muscle mass and strength nba players are weak. The average NFL player is stronger and more explosive why can't they all be linked to juicing as well?

And yes, steroids would increase output in overall strength so these guys would be pumping big weight. In no world is a 185 lbs draft bench I would hope all these players that are apparently juicing and doing horomones as teenagers like this thread assumes would be able to do 185 more than 10-12 times at 190-200 lbs... That isn't strong at all, thats in fact in terms of athletics extremely weak. Even their "monster" verticals of 35-36 inches are average in terms of athletics, it's only amplified by their height.

So everyone is going to respond by saying being strong in the weight room doesn't apply to basketball.. your core helps more.. false, doing 3-5 sets of squats for 5-10 reps will work your core more than 1 hour of core work.. this is why most NBA athletes pale in comparison to NFL's athletes. Strength in the weight room won't make the player but when combined with an already skilled basketball player such as Lebron he will become as unstoppable as we see just because he may be more dedicated than other nba players in the weight room.

    Back in the day...

Person A: "Lance Armstrong is on something!"
Person B: "No jerk he is just super talented, do you even lift?"

    Then....

Person A: "See I told you!"
Person B: "OK but ONLY Lance is on it, other athletes don't need it, do you even lift?"

Now...an whole Australian team gets done for PED

Person A: "See I told you, the majority of athletes are on something."
Person B :"**** you do you even lift."

Hilarious to watch naive people get their hearts broken over and over and over :p

There's nothing wrong with HGH use.

It is a naturally occurring substance in your body and it can be prescribed by doctors. It is used in the anti aging community and it is known to help heal injuries at a faster rate.

Why in the world would you demonize another human being for wanting to take a drug made by the ingenuity of man so he can heal and play better?

In fact, if it helps heal athletes, why would it taking it be bad thing?

Seriously, check your fake outrage at these athletes who are the ones playing the game, putting the work in, and actually risking their health.

Its against the rules? yes but there are bad rules that need to change.

Slavery used to be a rule. Not being able to consume alcohol used to be against the rule.

This is a philosophical issue hijacked by the media to use gullible sheep to hate on other people. People need to think for themselves for once in their life.

Why would taking a drug to help heal athletes be a bad thing? Its ok to take drugs to help you in the bedroom, for your health, for your looks, to cure diseases. Why would taking drugs to perform better in sports become an evil thing?

What world are you people living in?

It doesn't take long to get big and buff, you just take in more calories per day than you burn and make sure your carbs/fat/protein ratios are in check while you workout on a regular basis. I can see someone totally transforming over the course of one year. I'm not saying these guys are on or not on PED but I think people who automatically assume some one is on something because they made a transformation may be a little naive.
