so you're saying Ingles was playing along with the act? That's actually genuinely pretty cool of him to do that. Shows a sense of humor which also depicts character to an extent. Makes him less unlikeable now.
And I hope it plays out that way. and WHY NOT? this is not impossible. It'll be tough.....but Rockets need to just stomp them and get it over with.
Durant, I want us to beat that overrated snake. I hate how he's being considered 1 or 2 best player atm when he joined a team with the best nba record.
They're dirty. People b**** about Harden and Paul flopping, but I can't remember any Rockets deliberately trying to injure guys but it seems like it's come up repeatedly with the Warriors since Kerr took over. Everyone brings up the Bogut era and Zaza knocking out Kawhi but one that stands out in my mind is Harden playing with a sore wrist and Draymond punching him in that wrist after a lay-up to slow him down (which as I recall turned out to be a successful tactic as Harden's offense went cold the rest of that game). And yet people treat them like choir boys that you just gotta love - the underdog franchise that finally made good and paid off for their eternally loyal fans. It's all BS, and yet no one can shut it down because freaking Durant signed with them at a discount (I don't actually hate the Warriors for signing him - that's a no-brainer for any franchise - but I do dislike Durant for pulling that coward's move). (Also, my wife went to Davidson and she doesn't like Curry for leaving school early. And Curry's mouthpiece chewing is deeply annoying.)
I honestly had a lot of respect for the team as much as I hated how good they were because they built that team through the draft and some key acquisitions. When Kevin Durant decided to jump ship and join a 73 win team that he just choked against the year before, that's when I started hating them.
You know how Chandler Parsons is a giant douche? That's the entire Warriors team, their coach, and bandwagon fans.
Because they went from trash to flash in an instant and show no humility. And Draymond annoys the f outa me.
