Why do people say Chris Brown is "back" ?

The UK people love him. On vacation I spoke to like 6 different couples from UK and they named him as their favorite artist. I lmao at them.

 

I think people are trying to say that he is black not back.

 

In life? Sure.

I don't know about him still a second chance to be a multi-million dollar celebrity. He was already an untalented asswad before all this...to get two shots at it seems a little unfair, but maybe I'm a hater.

 

Considering the TONS of other entertainers(musicians/actors/athletes) that have commited acts on that level or worse, I think he deserves a second chance like anyone else.
If he wastes that chance then it's on him.
