I have a friend whose philosophy regarding getting "connected" with a woman is to be very upfront about it and, if no success is apparent, to go to plan B, plan C, plan D, right on down the line, until every chick he considers worth going out with at a bar has been approached. Amazingly enough (at least I find it amazing. This guy, a friend for many, many years, is no Adonis), he has quite a bit of success. Well and truly a trip to see him in action. I'm frequently embarrassed by him, being a "safe" compadre as a happily married dude, who's wife is nice enough to let me have a night out with this character on a regular basis, knowing very well how he is.
Umm... if I may, sir... and you know I respect you dearly... it's "whose." And that's why I didn't get laid often.

Ouch! Thanks for pointing that out, SwoLy. I'm a terrible speller and I would have been very bummed if I'd noticed that after the edit quit working. guys that are good spellers should get laid more than other guys, yet I did pretty well when I was on the prowl. go figure!
