Wow between this and someone freaking out over PATRICK PATTERSON I would love to know the dream worlds you guys are living on.
Never lived up to the undersized PF standard set by Landry and Scola. Sorry, but he couldn't be gone fast enough.
OP, PPAt is not good enough. A PF who wouldn't bang inside for the rebounds We gave him up to give TJones and DMo a chance to play
Patterson is the definition of a decent rotation player, Morey is hunting bigger game. We don't want guys like that soaking up that precious cap space. You can find a guy with similar value to Pat much cheaper, not to mention all the picks we got.
What Morrissey didn't realize when he traded away PPat, was that he also traded away Carl's heart. I'm so embarassed at the Rockets.
If only Japan was more concerned about the success of the Axis over the Japanese overall success in winning the pacific, it could have been enough to take Russia out fighting a two sided war.
$18mil good reasons. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Patrick Patterson has signed a 3-year, $18 million deal with the Toronto Raptors, source told ESPN.</p>— Jeff Goodman (@GoodmanESPN) <a href="https://twitter.com/GoodmanESPN/statuses/485106415795572737">July 4, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
TRob was a better piece to have. he's a better player right now than ppat and still has more upside. had to give up trob for cap room to get dwight. also, lowry was a good trade, that pick was used to get harden. dragic wanted a no trade clause to resign with the rockets, rockets didnt want to do that and were mulling things over when he signed with the suns without giving rockets any warning.
Clearly Morey hates Carl Herrera and did it just to spite him. The can be no other reasonable explanation.
Yeah Carl is often great but he's probably still licking his wounds on this one. He insisted houston would probably have to give up an asset to dump Robinson, and morey ended up getting 4 second rounders.
Lowry we had to give up for Harden. If we had given Dragic the money we wouldn't be talking about Melo/Bosh/Love and be talking about how much to pay Parsons. I also think we would have demolished the Blazers if we had kept Dragic.
