    No, you have that confused with "leader." Leaders don't need to say they are leaders. In fact, if they do proclaim they are a leader, it most assuredly means they are not.

    Bad M-fers rarely declare themselves Bad M-fers, but they can do it when the situation demands. Take my example of Jackson. South Carolina threatens to revolt, he says he will personally lead the United States Army into South Carolina. That's a Bad M-fer saying he's a bad M-fer and sure enough, SC got in line for another 25 years.
