That's where the problem is. So I guess it's better we feed him as much as possible for now and see what happens. If he improves great, if he doesn't we probably need to run some other stuff.
Wow, it's way understating to say it's undemocratic; it's extremist!

    This probably works better:

In addition, perhaps that's why no one talks about him. Posting is what he wants and for now there's nothing that can change that or to be discussed. We know that he is good at rebounding and shot-blocking. Or perhaps we could talk about his relationship with Kobe?

Pretty rich of someone who has no idea of the history of this board to claim you are the only one with the facts.

    Just stop....its embarrassing for you.

This board has existed since 1997, it had tens of thousands of members long before Jeremy Lin ever hit high school.

We have tons of members who never come in here because of people like you, they stay in the other forums and dont come in this part to talk Rockets because of the cesspool of crappy posts....You will say it was always this way, and you would be DEAD WRONG. Those other members would gladly come back if we weeded out all the troublemakers....that would easily make up for the traffic you claim we would lose if Lin was traded. It would certainly make our jobs easier.

This forum was active and one of the first fan sites featured in sports magazines a LONG time ago. It was here long before Lin and it was still be here long after Lin. Yao Only fans thought the same thing you do, and they were WRONG.

I rarely agree with tinman's way, but on this he is on the money.

Clutch City and Clutchfans are eternal.

At the beginning I was just saying it was pretty mean to say Lin has crazy fans. I'm not really hear to argue I just want to cheer for the Rockets.

Anyways, in 2010 - 2013 you guys got 20k more registered users. I'm not saying that's because of Lin but it might be. I am not an overly Lin fanatic. I just want to point out evidence.

It's pretty harsh how you would say people would stop coming because of me. I think what limits people to join are people attacking a member who has a slightly different opinion (In this case I don't even have any conflict). Stop attacking me and just talk about Dwight.

There were around 51,000 members in June 2012, before Lin signed here. Now there are around 57,000.

I've long since lost patience with the lunatic Lin fans around here.

I typed out a long post detailing the community's issues with Lin fans and realized I was wasting my time...you wont read it and you certainly wont admit Im right....see your response to my post. Just admit it, you dont have a clue about this board or its history nor do you know anything about Rockets fans in this community.

now just move on, this discussion is over as far as Im concerned.

Having Howard has made a big difference since the last season. I know that is stating the obvious, but seeing him tonight brought home the message.

I gather that you wouldn't care about this team if they were still in San Diego.

Thus, proving the point of my sig, in at least one case.

I agree it's over. Btw I have read your rant about the Lin overly crazy fanatics. How they should have a subsection in GARM so people don't have to search through the garbage. Again I was just saying generalizing everyone as craz lin fans are misguided. btw I don't care too much about the board. I care about the NBA. I joined this to talk about the Rockets in the NBA. I definetly did not join to care about your opinion or anyone else opinion about their hatred for LOF.

    then why are you here?

If I don't want to eat fried chicken, I wouldn't be at Popeyes.

you do care, because you saw my statement that Dwight Howard has no lunatics fans and your heart you know this to be real.

there are many other NBA sites out there to join.

Yeah, you are right. I didn't care about the San Diego Rockets.
There is no NATIONAL ROCKETS. that's a fact.

You are proving the 'lunatic' fans demographic to be true.

It looks like he has passion about the game. Dude it's been forever since we've seen a defensive presence like this.

    very true

I think the 2nd unit needs some help with their defense and rebounding

So lets make Dwight a six man. afterall, mchale is a hall of famer and was a 6th man. Dwight can be the next Mchale!!

    Ha!

I was going to post a comment about Dwight (seeing how this is a "Dwight" thread) and then I realized it was actually a Lin thread in disguise. Everyone's bi***ing about the "lunatic" Lin fans. Where? Where are the lunatic Lin fans? I don't see them.

Anyway I was going to say that whenever Dwight is triple-teamed, he should probably pass out more. People tell me that he did it all the time in Orlando, so I don't see why it should be a problem...

Really? Triple teamed? I don't even remember them trying to double him this game.

    Not triple teamed per se...

Oftentimes when he makes his move back to the basket the defense converges on him, particularly Asik's man and another defender. When Howards spins to make his move he tries to use his strength to muscle through 2 or 3 defenders. At such times as these when he's overwhelmed in the paint, he should kick out instead of trying to be Superman (granted some of his shots DO go in).

Look up the definition of superstar: it has got Howard's smiling face on it.

Dude is just tremendous. I still can't believe we got him over the hated Fakers.
