Jack in the Box tacos are better if you bring a Whataburger picante sauce packet with you. Before taking a bite of the taco, swish the picante sauce around in your mouth for a while (and nibble on the picante bits).

Haven't been to JITB in a while, but always ordered them without lettuce.

 

I wonder what ever happened to that Fatty FatBastard character that was so active in this thread.

He should show up and participate on Clutchfans moar oftin. Maybe chat about Chris Mullen...or maybe promiscuity. I think he'd add so much salsa to the board. And I bet he luvs beans in his chili.

yeah I'm in NM now and there isn't a JITB within 200 miles of me and it would be sacrilegious to buy JITB tacos when there are so many taco shops around.

 

They are at the top of my guilty pleasure food list.

 

They look horrible. You know they clog our arteries. Yet, we keep eating them.

I usually order two tacos, French fries, and a jr jumbo jack.

The jr. jumbo jack is used to cleanse the palate between taco 1 and taco 2.

 

It's vegetable protein aka soy. I called and asked them, but that was years ago.

 

8 tacos with that one butter sauce for the occasional dip and a packet of hot sauce on each taco. Will take the extra lettuce tip for next time I feel like knocking a couple of hours off of my lifespan.
