have they modified their pipes? A normal harley, i can life with and dont mind. The motorcycle with modified pipes that literally hurt my ears...thats silly. I use to fantasize about having a snipers nest on my old balcony that looked out over the road and wait for obnoxiously loud bikes to come down so I could shoot them with a pellet gun. (and no, i don't live next to JuanValdez).
Didn't read, didn't read.... Harley 883 roadster biotches, fun enough to not care what people think, and it's 5 in da mornin people posed be up cookin breakfast.
... and cleanin' up a big smelly pile, on yer porch! That felt goooood! HEAD OUT ON THE SIDE-WALKS! LOOKIN FOR AD VENTURE!
Whoa... That is a first. My bike has been called many things but never ugly. And yeah your opinion really doesn't matter very much.
Thanks Raccoon you hit it dead on. And for the guy who says I don't have class. I have more suits then you own underwear buddy and one of them is more then what you probably make in 3 months. I own my own business and like the finer things in life, just ask my wife. My wife also read some post from here and said what a bunch of pu**ys. lmfao
I have learned a lot in this thread. 1. Motorcycles are so loud that some riders in this thread have lost so much hearing that they can't even read what people are writing to them. (e.g. bikes are cool. making your bike sound like the apocalypse is less cool.) 2. Class doesn't mean what I thought it did. I thought it meant the way you handled yourself around other people, particularly showing the world that you give two craps about other human beings. Now I know that class means owning suits (and presumably slicking your hair with Dapper Dan?) 3. I lose the interwebs because someone's (alleged) wife supports her (alleged) husband. That's a lot for my brain to take in for one day, and at my creaky old age, I think I need a nap. (With earplugs, for you young, classy, suit-and-cumberbun-wearing Harley enthusiastists!) *shakes fist with cane clutched therein*
You lack basic reading comprehension. Bikes are dangerous, in and of themselves. They are precision instruments. On the track, fine, good riders can handle those precision instruments expertly, and avoid accidents. On the actual road, that doesn't do much good. People do ----ty things to others when they think they can get away with it. People are prone to road rage, and aggressive/bullying driving. The bike is an easy target, the little kid in school. The person on the bike is asking for it, essentially, and why? It's not as if bikes are as cheap (compared to cars) as they were fifty years ago. So why, exactly, take that unnecessary risk in one's life? To feel the wind in his hair? Buy a preowned convertible. But, come on. Me a "pussyfied" jerk? Could be. It would be common in such matters for me to challenge you to a real life fistfight, where we could settle things like (presumably) unpussified men, and I could regain my sense of manliness, it having been challenged. I shall refrain, however, though my temper does demand it so. I instead challenge you to a game of chicken. Westheimer at Kirby, tomorrow, noon. My car (and my airbag, and my seatbelt) against your motorcycle. First one who swerves, I'll consider the coward. Waddya say?
This p***y needs to learn to ride. Oops, too late. http://www.autoblog.com/2010/08/30/13-year-old-motorcycle-racer-killed-during-warm-up-lap-at-indy/

Well said! One of my best friends rides in the Todo Moto Motorcycle Club and I have many friends that are Bandidos and I can assure you their intentions are not to rev engines and annoy folks. They care about riding and building bikes. They care about Motorcyclism. I have seen less trouble in all my time hanging with these guys than I have seen in one weekend down on the new Washington strip. Everybody does stuff that is annoying. Nobody is going to be truly happy because there are too many differences between us all. OP, i think it is ok to express your frustration BUT the aggressive nature of your post is troubling. RELAX!
